"Practical makes perfect"
Source Machinery always have 8-10 QC&QA engineer in
normal condition,who formerly worked in PSL or Pro
QC,and the quality control as following procedure:
Initial Production Inspection
Prior to the commencement of full
production,materials,components and first finished
products are checked against the sealed samples.
During Production Inspection
As long as the production starts,our senior QC
engineer will check the complete production
status,the actual status as well as shortcomings &
non-conformances will be report and recommend
corrective action for improvements. If applicable
he'll also check whether the improvement-corrections,as
suggested in our quality test on the pre-prodution
sample were implemented.
Final Random Inspection
After full production,before the final inspection
from the client ,sample will be selected at random
and checked against the specification and according
to "AQL Standard"
Loading Supervision
The loading process in the factory will supervision
by Source Machinery's QC,the container are inspected
for suitability and cleanliness and that products to
be shipped are properly packed and loaded into
container completely. |
