We always give 1-2 years warranty to our clients
from the data of delivery,In permission range,we
provide 1-2% spare parts for after-sale services,We
warranty that the products shall be good condition
and merchantable quality,free from defect in
material and workmanship ,strictly conform to the
relative Safety/Quality approval's specifications
and standards and pass quality control inspection
and testing.
As a rule, in case of an epidemic failure,we would
provide full suport in term of
rework,replacements,etc,An "Epidemic"meanings: If
the products or any particular model line of the
products become subject to an epidemic broad series
of product failures and defects.
Under such circumstances,Source Machinery reserve
the rights to execute one or more from the following
options:
a.Rework at the Client's warehouse ,at the
Supplier's expenses,including but not limited to
labor costs,handing charges and etc.
b.Return to the Supplier for repair.
c.Refund to the Client.
d.Negotiate the other way to resolve . |
